Breathwork Services
Breathcraft Lab offers structured breathwork sessions designed to help you manage stress, improve sleep, boost energy, support respiratory function, and enhance performance. Sessions draw on a combination of evidence-based practices, including Buteyko, Breathology, Oxygen Advantage®, and Breathing-Informed Personal Training, and are tailored to each client’s individual goals.
1:1 Coaching
One-on-one coaching is delivered over Zoom, making it accessible and easy to fit into your day. Each programme begins with a thorough assessment to understand your breathing patterns, lifestyle, and objectives. Candice then provides personalised guidance, exercises, and strategies to help you optimise your breath for lasting results. Clients are encouraged to complete six sessions to fully integrate breathwork techniques, and a discounted six-session package is available to facilitate this. Ongoing coaching and personal training is available for those seeking long-term guidance or fitness-focused support.

Group Sessions
Group sessions can be delivered over Zoom or in person at your premises in the greater Auckland area. These are ideal for workplaces, sports teams, wellness centres, and community groups. Sessions combine interactive instruction, practical exercises, and expert guidance to improve collective wellbeing, focus, and performance. Programmes are tailored to the needs of your group, helping participants learn techniques they can use individually and as a team.
