How it Works

Breathcraft Lab offers 1:1 and group sessions grounded in an assessment-driven approach. Clients receive structured breath retraining using science-based methods, including Buteyko, Breathology, Oxygen Advantage and Breathing-Informed Personal Training. Each plan is personalised to their physiology and goals.

The Buteyko Method is a science-backed breathing re-education programme designed to correct dysfunctional breathing patterns. Suitable for all ages, it addresses conditions including asthma, anxiety, poor sleep and stress.

The Breatheology Method is a holistic breathing system developed by 4x Freediving World Champion Stig Severinsen, blending science, ancient breathwork traditions and proven relaxation techniques. Suitable for all ages and abilities, it supports stress resilience, improved health and peak performance.

The Oxygen Advantage® isn’t just another breathwork method. Developed by Patrick McKeown and built on the three pillars of Body, Mind and Sport, it is a living system for performance, focus and recovery. Rooted in science and designed for everyone, it reconnects you with the most natural thing you do: breathing.

About Breathcraft Lab

Breathcraft Lab was created by Candice to make breathwork accessible, practical, and empowering. Combining her personal experience with chronic stress and anxiety and her evidence-based methods, she guides clients to calm, clarity, and control.

“The fix is easy: breathe less. But that’s harder than it sounds. We’ve become conditioned to breathe too much, just as we’ve been conditioned to eat too much. With some effort and training, however, breathing less can become an unconscious habit.”
