Woman wearing sunglasses and a tie-front shirt at the beach during sunset

Hi, I’m Candice.

I spent years struggling unknowingly with poor breathing habits and anxiety, despite trying various therapies, diets, and medications with serious side effects.

Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, a label that never quite fit, I finally discovered breathing retraining after battling with long COVID. Realizing I was experiencing lifelong hyperventilator with low CO2 levels, I transformed her health by retraining her breathing.

Now, I’ve completed advanced training in the Breatheology and Buteyko methods to deepen her knowledge and help others reclaim their well-being.

Before breathing I’ve trained in business, science, and technology. Now I’m combining a scientific and pragmatic approach to the ancient art of breathing.

You’re not broken. You’re just overwhelmed — and your body is asking for help.

You’re in a demanding season of life. Maybe you’re juggling work, parenting, or recovery from illness — and underneath it all, your body feels like it’s running on overdrive.

You’ve tried to stay calm. You’ve read the articles. Maybe you’ve even meditated, stretched, or taken supplements.

But you’re still tired. Still breathless. Still wondering why your mind races when all you want is rest.

“The fix is easy: breathe less. But that’s harder than it sounds. We’ve become conditioned to breathe too much, just as we’ve been conditioned to eat too much. With some effort and training, however, breathing less can become an unconscious habit.”

What You’re Dealing With

Whether it’s anxiety, panic, sleep issues, long COVID, or just the relentless pressure of life — you’ve been feeling off for a while.

And your breath? It’s shallow, stuck, or simply not doing what it’s supposed to.

Maybe you:

  • Struggle with asthma or high blood pressure

  • Wake up tired or snore through the night

  • Can’t shake the tight chest or racing thoughts

  • Are dealing with unexplained symptoms no one has answers for; yawning out of control

You want to feel in control again — of your breath, your body, and your mind.

You’re not chasing perfection. You just want to:

  • Sleep through the night and wake up rested

  • Stop the spiral of anxiety before it starts

  • Breathe easier during workouts — or just walking up the stairs

  • Feel calm, focused, and like yourself again

  • Help your child breathe better and feel better, too

You’re curious about the science behind it. But you’re also open to deeper awareness. You want someone who can bridge both — and show you what actually works.

Why My Approach Works

I work with people just like you — smart, intuitive, often skeptical — who are ready to take back control but need someone to guide the way.

My method blends science-backed techniques from Buteyko and Breatheology, along with tools from neuroscience, meditation, and body-based regulation.

I’ve been where you are: dealing with a racing mind, long COVID recovery, and the frustrating realization that something as simple as breathing had gone off track.

This isn’t just information — it’s transformation. And you don’t have to do it alone.

My Approach

Breathe to Heal. Breathe to Perform.

What if your breath could calm your body and unlock your potential?

This approach blends the clinical precision of Buteyko with the performance edge of Breatheology, giving you the best of both worlds. You'll learn to restore calm through gentle nasal breathing and breath retraining, while also building resilience, energy, and focus through advanced breath control techniques.

Whether you're managing anxiety, recovering from burnout, or simply want to feel stronger, clearer, and more in control—this method meets you where you are and helps you breathe your way forward.

Buteyko

Buteyko is a gentle breathing method that helps you restore calm, reduce symptoms like anxiety or asthma, and sleep better—by teaching you to breathe less, slower, and only through your nose. It works by resetting your body’s sensitivity to carbon dioxide, which plays a key role in how oxygen is delivered to your cells. The result: steadier energy, a clearer mind, and a more balanced nervous system.

Breatheology

Breatheology is a modern breathwork method designed by champion free diver Stig Severinsen that blends ancient wisdom with science to enhance performance, resilience, and mental clarity. Through breath holds, relaxation, and controlled breathing techniques, it trains your body to use oxygen more efficiently and stay calm under pressure. Originally used by free divers and athletes, it's now helping people everywhere feel more focused, energized, and in control.
