Hi, I’m Candice.
I spent years trying to figure out my own health, only to discover that my breathing, overbreathing, was a major part of why I wasn’t improving. I wondered why no one had told me!
Despite attending so many medical appointments and being offered serious interventions that came with side effects. I’d always wanted help addressing the root cause, and breathing is about as root cause as you can get.
When I found Breathing Reatraining it changed my life and so I studied multiple methods so I can help you change yours as well.

About Candice.
Candice trained in two methods: Buteyko and Breatheology.
The Buteyko Method has been around for over 70 years and retrains breathing patterns to improve oxygen delivery throughout the body. Feel breathless? You’d think you should breathe more, right? But that isn’t actually the case.
Breatheology was created by champion freediver and PhD Stig Severinsen. It uses breathing and breathwork techniques to create strong mind-body connections, rewire the central nervous system, and achieve a state of flow.
Candice is a certified Buteyko Breathing Method (BBM) practitioner and Breatheology Instructor, with additional training as a Personal Trainer, a Diploma in Health Sciences, and a Masters in Technology focusing on play and adaptability.
